the bears were headed for the playoffs with cutler
the bears are desperate to win now
the bears are done without cutler

one team has a back up QB that is done after this year but knows the system of the OC of the bears and might give them a shot at the playoffs

perhaps that team should trade him to the bears at the right price

the bears might give up a very nice pick given how desperate they are
