I certainly hope his job is on the line. Another .500 season is not acceptable. The clock is ticking on Romo and Ware and we have been spinning our wheels far too long. We have seen that the Garrett head coach / offensive coordinator combo has been a miserable failure. I hope giving up the offensive reigns makes him a better head coach. If we have another .500 season with Garrett just being a head coach then we will know beyond a shadow of a doubt he is not the man for the job and it is time to move on. I would suspect Jerry would bring in Holmgren if Garrett fails again this year due to our window starting to close with Romo & Ware's age. I for one have high hopes that Garrett has a lot of success being just a head coach.
