They do a similar thing where I live in WV.

Call it Summer Something, memory is getting bad lol, but they start selling tickets as early as January for it.

Usually runs around a $100.00 a ticket.

They always have a huge load of good prizes to win but so many people from so many areas buy them so it is not as good of a chance to win as many think.

My wifes parents and her grandfather have entered the last two years and have not won while the wife and I did not.

But we might enter this year as our luck has been so bad that it has to change sooner or later.

I think we may win a shiny new zippo or something.:p:
