After the Giants & Vegas go QB you have three teams bunched underneath them Carolina Jax & Tenn . Does Hunter play WR full time in any of those three cities next year . Although one could scratch Tenn from this list they too need a QB . So Hunter could be catching passes in Jax or Carolina next season .

Tenn could still be a possibility unless they like Milroe that much

Id put my money on Jacksonville

Jax has had injuries I still like Lawrence Etienne Walker etc Khan should give Petersen drafting high every round one more yr .

I read something’s that Hunter might be a shut down corner and only play a sprinkling of WR .
I don’t see how he’s not a full time offensive weapon in the NFL .

I think Hunter will be used like Sanders. Play corner and occasionally play WR and punt returner.

This isn’t college . Sanders never did much as a Cowboy receiver . More decoy than threat . I would draft Hunter to score TD’s if he wanted full time D I might look elsewhere .

Drake Maye to Travis Hunter = TD

I can't see teams playing Hunter both ways. Let's say he plays both WR and CB really well for a couple seasons... his agent would then ask for a Shohei Ohtani type 2 position mega-contract (and deservedly). Then his team would basically have 2x the salary cap tied up in one stud who's taking 2x the normal NFL beating. That's just being set up to fail.

Hunter would solve two problems for us.

I don't see Hunter playing both ways as a rookie, that's asking a whole lot and could lead to an overload. Who drafts him will have to figure out what his best attributes would be for the team. If he is a WR than I expect him to be a full time WR, if he's a DB than I can see a team using him as a WR in certain packages. But, probably more into his second season and beyond.

He won’t hold up as a two way player. There is a reason why we haven’t seen more of these type of players, Woodson, Champ Bailey became full time corners

No player can play both sides of the ball they will have to figure out where his most value is and stick to it . This is a 17 game marathon pounding plus the playoffs

Hunter playing 20-25 snaps a game as a slot WR is 100% a possibility. And he won’t get out of the top 6 picks so you can forget about him on the Cowboys

It will depend on the team that gets him; but I seriously doubt he goes both ways. Maybe on third and long or something like that as a WR
he will be a full time CB for most teams

Also, on the topic of the Heisman, one thing I will say is that I loved how the Heisman race went this year. In too many seasons, it just ends up being the Davey O'Brien award part 2. But this is the year where I think the two top finalists were indisputably the two best football players in America at any position, from quarterbacks to punters. Let's have more award seasons like this.
