hello not new but thought I should introduce myself

Ive been reading this board since 06.I have only posted a few times but thought maybe this year Id introduce myself.Let me say first off I a giants fan for 30 years.Let the boo's begin...lol..I'm not much of a smack talker or troll just a die hard football fan.Hope some of you will except me even with the bad feelings from last year a talk some intelligent football.

I go to this site,BBI ,Giants forum and extreme Commanders every time I'm on the internet.I love to listen to the homers as well as people with actual football knowledge.I cant believe that there are almost an equal amount of homers on every board.Not just homers but blind homers.Oh and I should say I do not go to eagles forums nor do I post on Extreme Commanders.

Just wanted to say I look forward to talking about the upcoming season.I think you guys are going to kill the browns and look forward to our match ups.

I do want to say that I think some of you are going to be surprised about how little drop of there is going to be in our pass rush.Tuck and Kiwi are going to be a lot better than most of you seem to think.Our secondary will be better also,maybe not right away but I think 4 or 5 games in you will see a big difference.I believe you are the biggest competition not only in the east but in the nfc.Im not counting out a healthy McNabb or there team as all nfc east teams seem to play well.

I'm not even upset by the preseason picks for Dallas but alot of press doesn't even have us as a playoff team.I like it to be honest with you.They picked us 4th last year.I just think you guys won the division last year have added talent and it will be a interesting year for the east.

Hope we can have many debates over the year and I'll finish by saying GO NFC EAST and Go Giants.

I like the Giants this year. Unlike most SB champs, I don't see a drop-off.

I think the team feels a little disrespected as if they are not a legit champ.

I see them coming into the year with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder.

I also see last years run giving the team and especially Eli the confidence of a champion.

That's a nice combo, confidence of a champ that knows he did it, yet still motivated to prove they are legit.


The only problem is I think losing Usi really hurts.

Ill agree that Osi hurt but I dont see a big drop off.Tuck was drafted in 05 to play opposite of stray and Kiwi as eventual replacement.No one liked that pick then now it seems a good move.Gibril Wilson was average at best with one good year.No one was going to pay him the way the Raiders did especially not the Giants.Kenny Phillips is a big up grade there and we have Sammy knight to hold us over until then.Kawika Mitchell was a one year stop gap LB for Gerris Wilkinson and we picked up Danny Clark who should have been for depth but now seems to have a starting role with Kiwi moving back to DE.Not saying were going to repeat just saying everyone is thinking we have lost to many players to compete which I think is nonsense.
