It would have to rate worse. 1960 was an expansion team that didn't get a draft (the last NFL team to not have a draft).

The current team is coming off three straight 12 win seasons, and just inked their now washed up QB to a record deal.

This is the lowest point in franchise history, and it can get even worse with how Jerry has bungled the short term future.

THEY at least had the excuses of being an expansion team that got no draft and had to compete with the brand new AFL tha was throwing money around like confetti

New coaching staff and an intentional tank job for more draft picks. Johnson has stated many times he could have put together a 7 win team that year, but it was better in the long run to tank and stockpile.
