Help me name this player...

Me and a friend were having a conversation about preseason .... and there was a halfback, or WR who was extremely short - and I noted to myself he was shorter than Sproles.. I think he was 5'6, or 5'7.. and put together a solid preseason.

I forgot whether it was this year, or last year. Any ideas?? I think he was cut.

This has been killing gme as I've been racking my mind to try to remember who he is..

He wasn't a Cowboy. He was really short.. like 5'6, or 5'7.. I remember tripping about his size while talking to someone about Sproles vs. this player. It was this year, or maybe last year..

Larod Stephins-Howling was with AZ and had a good camp as a RB/KR. He played at my alma mater Pitt. I think he made the AZ team. Is it him?

The only one that sticks out in my mind was Ricky Williams for the Colts. He was 5'7'' I believe. But that was longer than just this season/last season, so I have no clue.
