Hey guys

This week I will be at the Jets-Ravens game as I was given 2 lower level tickets with party access. Taking a friend who is a die hard Jets fan with me. We will arrive to parking lot at 9:00 AM and Giants game starts at 9:30 AM.

I have unlimited ATT data plan and I am also a Verizon FIOS customer. What are my options when it comes to watching Giants-Rams game on my phone either thru ATT or Verizon FIOS.

All sarcastic comments are welcome as long as I can get some technical help. @Sam I Am knows, I know nothing about computers or networks etc. Consider me an idiot if you haven't done so already. Thanks a bunch in advance :)

Oh boy. If I went to games regularly, I would gladly throw in $300 to get this exact setup. Looks like an awesome solution to my problems. But I need this for only 1 game. Any other easy and cheaper methods? :)

Phone: Giants game is NFLN? Turn your phone into a hotspot/tether tablet to your phone data, and you can use the watch nfl network app. Doesn't sound like it would work on phones (verizon mobile-exclusive BS). Seems like too many foreign steps from your self-assessment.

$207 for a 720p tv is pretty steep. A good deal for that kind of TV is probably closer to $80-$90 (I got a 32" 1080p tv for $110 a month ago), but it's short notice to find one. You could also get one of those lesser-brand 4k tvs north of $200 sometimes, or a better one for $300ish.

32 inch 720p for $114: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-32-class-31-5-diag--led-720p-hdtv-black/4807400.p?skuId=4807400
43 inch 4k tv for $310 after taxes (in-store pickup only, there's one in New Jersey): http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.aspx?sku=104810

Power inverter/antenna already mentioned. You can look up the antenna locations around the stadium to know where to point it: http://antennaweb.org/Stations?Addr...lse&Latitude=40.8143113&Longitude=-74.0726147

Is the game going to be broadcast locally since it's a NY team, or is it NFLN only? If it's NFLN only, you might be out of luck other than finding a pirated stream.

Luckily the game is on CBS. I did some googling but other than what Sam is suggesting, I might be out of luck.

You can find a stream online, but I don't do that too much so I don't know the current hotbeds. Most of the the time I do the stream thing, it's last minute and I use all my Cowboys friends, etc to see if anyone knows of a good stream. So I can't just point one out at this moment and being in this area (can watch it on TV) and not a Giants fan. I'm not likely to be looking for a stream either that I could share with you.

Did you get a way to watch the game while tailgating?

I did sir. I don't know if you know Metlife but they have huge electronic billboards outside the stadium. We parked our car very close to one of those billboards and I was able to watch the game that way. I also turned on the radio to listen to the game. Problem was, the radio announcer was like 2 seconds behind the TV. I was first watching the TD then listening to it on the radio. :)

Its very easy and cheap to make your own antenna to save some money.

This is true. I actually own the ARRL Antenna Book along with multiple other publications and build my own antennas. While it doesn't tell you specifically how to build an HDTV antenna, everything is there or easy find on the Internet.

We have one we built from plywood and copper wire that we use to pick up football games while camping (I know..TV while camping, lol).
