Help - sick and cant figure it out

Probably but to be safe drink bottled water unless you're absolutely sure.

What country are u in and how long have u been there and how long have u been sick.




I am a physician.

In in Israel. Been here for a week and 5 days. I got sick yesterday.

I don't feel any sort of pain. I am a bit lightheaded but nothing too bad.

The chronic peeing has subsided.. However, after every glass of fluid I do have diarrhea.

Body temperature is around 102 but like I mentioned earlier, I don't feel too bad. The chronic diarrhea is very annoying lol

If things don't get worse wait another day and see what happens. E coli is the likely culprit and is generally self limiting in healthy people. You've been there long enough to start thinking about giardia etc. The fever bothers me a little. Your lightheadedness may be a little dehydration. I'll try to check in on you tomorrow and I'll be aroung this evening (EDT). I know how you feel being sick in another country esp when on vacation. TC. Use wet wipes!

I recently woke up from a nap and I'm feeling much better. I wouldn't say I'm 100% yet, but this is the best I've felt since getting sick. Had a glass of water about 30 minutes ago and haven't used the bathroom yet!
