Help with changing sig. pic

is there an easy way to change your sig pic... without going to photobucket?

i used to be able to use it by dragging left to right to highlight the url..

but now it seems to not work..

any help appreciated.

I am most likely wrong but I have had to save the image first and then upload off your pics/desktop.
