I've created a database on excell with over 2000 properties (owners name and mailing address) in a section of the city where a financially backed partner is looking to buy multiple properties.
Now i have a flyer printed up and want this flyer mailed to all 2000 addresses, im in the process of contacting direct mail services, trying to get quotes. A local office reported they could do this for 33 cents per mailing if i just have the address printed on back of flyer, or 42 cents if i have the flyer stuffed in envelope.
Anyone have a service like this they have used before and what is a good price ?
33 cents adds up when you are mailing 2000 or more. I thought that sounded like a good price but still looking, my partner thinks that price is high.
