Anyone have an opinion to whats going on with him and B.P.

In B.P.s PC today he said Henry is fine and he just did not play well and it has nothing to due with injury ,because he is healthy...

Might have been me ,but I thought I witnessed Henry limping all game...

Guess the questions I have are ...
Why is BP insisting Henry is healthy when it is obvious he is not or is Henry really healthy and there are some other issues with him that are unknown outside the Cowboy familly..

Anyone with any thoughts on this?

Groin injuries are tough, exspecially if you try to rush it.

But it was very clear Henry wasn't %100 because he seemed very slow and unlike himself.

Knowing Parcells view on injuries he "thinks" hes fine and he should just tough it out or whatever, but I honestly don't know. Parcells hates people with injuries.

Thats just my opinion.

And how often did Aaron Glenn play, I only saw him a couple of times. Did he look healthy?

Same with me on Glenn... I did not see him often...
Henry looked to me like he was two steps behind due to a limp and groin injuies I agree or tough , thats what makes me wonder what Parcells motives are

According to most of the so-called groin injury experts, a title highly coveted among the Dallas Cowboy fan community - Henry won't be 100% until next year.

I hope that is not accurate ,because that would not bode well with any playoff push

BP has never shown his hand in anything. Reporters try to find anything to write a story. Once its published, its public knowledge to everyone. Even the opposing team. BP has always been secetive when it comes to his team, because he doesn't want his opponent to exploit anything that can be prevented and has become public knowledge. He is doing what a good coach does. Why would he answer that question and let KC know, "Hey throw the ball at Henry, hes hurt and can't move well" or "hey JJs ankle is hurt, so tackle him low and hurt him again". It just doesn't make sense for a coach to do and I see why he becomes so grumpy when reporters keep asking him the same thing over and over. There is a thing called the element of surprise. You don't think he would be will to tell reporters about the flea flicker play on last monday or wdenesday, do you.

Its nothing against Henry, but he just doesn't want to give the opponent the upper hand at ANYTHING.

It looks to me like more of Dr. Parcells at work.
You know the Dr. who diaganosed JJ as not being hurt when he broke his collar bone. Rushed Henry back against Denver, and seems to have Crayton in the game a bit early as well.

After JJ broke his shoulder blade (not collar bone) he came out one play later and never came back for 9 weeks So no idea what you are talking about there.

Rushed Henry back? I guess you missed Henry saying he rushed himself back Parcells doesnt play a player if the player says he cant go.

Crayton is back when he healed nothing is wrong with him so no idea where you are coming from there either

I think he's annoyed that Henry came back too early and reaggravated the groin injury. He should have just sat out until he was ready to go at 100%.

Listen, I love Parcells as we all know, but he drives players crazy because they don't want to be labeled as soft by sitting out with injuries, then they come back too early to avoid that and their level of play is affected because they are not 100%. One big circle jerk.

In the end though I just hope we have a completely healthy Anthony Henry for the last three games.

HENRY WAS FINE!

Parcells was quite right. Anthony Henry is healthy. That much-discussed limp of his is more than likely soreness from lack of work.. I've played games wherein I've sprinted about the field painlessly, whereas I limped in between plays. That's common.

However, as I noted during the game, Henry's technique and timing were off, as they would be with only a couple of practices that week, coupled with his likely tentative approach to the game 'so as to give the groin a chance.' On more than one occasion, he was in position to get in position, like on that third down play under the KC goal post, but he failed to follow through.

i was just glad to see him play. he'll be playing the rest of the way out, and i agree more than likely he is sore, not up to game speed, and a little tentative. those will not be issues next week. he should be 90% which is good enough to start...

Because football player play with pain. Herny may not be 100% but he looked good enough to be on the field playing. As for limping sorry I did not see that but I did see Henry making some hard cuts when covering some come back routs.

Good post, I just think he was rusty.

I know too what you mean about feeling a little pain between plays but not during.

Another week will help Henry.

Its called lighting a fire under someone.... hope it works and he returns one this week to the house...good move by BP

The injury itself have have healed but that doesn't mean he's back too 100%. He may still have some lingering effects. I also thought I saw him limping a couple of times.
