Henry's play

anyone with opinions on him? I didnt TIVO the game and can only go off what I saw live...I really dont recall seeing him in the game much other than one or two balls thrown his way...one he appeared to have good coverage on and the other he was laying way off...

anyone notice how he ran? did he look slow or like he was lacking quickness?

I saw a postgame comment from Henry where he said something about it being a long process or something to that effect in recovering from the groin injury

He was only coming in on 3 WR sets and as you mentioned only had a couple thrown his way and on at least 1 of the passes he was in great position. I fully expect him back in his starting spot aginst Denver

Actually, I think he looked pretty good...he ran smoothly...no hint of injury...I don't think he was quite as aggressive as he usually is.

I found it interesting that they brought him in at all...

I would imagine the injury is coming along just fine for them to do that...

He looked very sluggish. I think Charles Rogers caught four balls on him but Henry tackled him well. I don't think he could be agressive enough.

I recall Rogers only making one catch against him. Then again, I only remember him playing in the second half.

I'm not worried at all unless this injury continues to be a probelm. He didn't look like a world beater of course, but who cares? he's playing through a groin injury and i'mimpressed he was well enough to contribute at all. I'm not sure he should have really. he wasn't really needed.

But i take his play yesterday to be nothing important in terms of his real ability. as long as he gets healthy he'll be fine.

I agree I think Henry will be fine. I do think it was good ideal getting him out there to test the injury yesterday it has to make him feel good about it from a mental stand point

He looked OK to me, a little rusty but no hint of injury. I expect him to start on Thursday.

henry did good. He came in during the 4th quarter, and with a lead, that is why is was not over aggressive. He played off to keep everything in front of him, just like he is supposed to. Don't take the lack of aggressiviness as anything important. In that situation, he played just like he is supposed to.
