Funny, for all Parcells ruination and conflict with Jerry, and promoting his guy over Jerry's guy, and discriminating against Henson....Jerry doesn't resign Henson once Parcells leaves.

Talk about gilding the lily, Jones wasn't that bothered about losing Henson except for the no bang for the buck investment. I remember Jones stating that he thought Henson could probably succeed elsewhere. There haven't been any reports of serious rifts between Jones and Parcells over jettisoning Henson last season. Now I think Cowboys forums had mild uproars over Henson being cut because of his supporters but so what?

But let's spin this contrarily. Where has it been reported that Jones hasn't attempted to sign Henson. What if Jones tried to sign him back and Henson stated no thanks I don't want to get cut again. Remember he didn't believe he got a fair shake from Parcells and Jones allowed the situation to continue until Henson was cut.
