Here are the facts about the loss to the Broncos

The Broncos came out and said they were going to stop the run and did just that. They were able to only because their CBs are elite and can play 1 on 1 without giving up the big play.

Also, Denver is one of the best tackling teams I have ever seen. They give up the fewest YAC in the league.

Now, the Cowboys won't face a team that stack 8 in the box AND defend the pass like the Broncos every week (Arizona can maybe do the same thing). So this last week's game isn't typical of what the Cowboys will see. If other teams try to emulate the Broncos, they'll get beat deep because they can't cover. If they try to cover Zeke will have a field day.

Everyone needs to just calm down and, in the infamous words of Aaron Rodgers, relax. I'd the Cowboys had done this against, say, the Browns or the Dolphins then yes we would have reason to worry.

That team is 20-1 at home for a reason. They didn't just become the no fly zone yesterday.

Our fans have become the southern version of the Eagles fans.

Today is Fire Garret, fire Scott L., fire Marinelli, Dak is a one year wonder, Dez is 2nd tier, Zeke is a fat fullback, our O Line is over rated, Witten can't lead, need a real GM, Sean Lee sucks, Jaylon Smith was a wasted draft pick etc. Day on the zone.

if the beating had to occur, game 2 of the season is the right place...the team licks their wounds, they get a struggling Arizona team next, where that road game will basically be a home game for Dallas, they then get the Rams before playing Green Bay...and then the bye....we get one suspendee back and arizona and rams hopefully end up as wins and then we get suspendee #2 back on the DL...

I am trying to exhibit patience....at least MUCH more than I showed yelling at my TV last night....

Agree that Dez is no longer the beast he used to be. He used to have some of the best hands in the league. Not any more. T Will might have better hands now then Dez and I never thought that was possible.

In fact I can name 10 receivers better then n him. The other guys you mentioned had a bad game and the rookies just played like rookies. I believe we will bounce back,but when it comes to dez alot of people outside of Dallas believe he is overrated and I believe there right

Yes we will, we have a copy cat league and every team from here on out will stack the box until we light them up in the passing game.

But that's what I am saying. No team has the ability to stack the box AND COVER 1 ON 1. Most teams have sub-par to semi-adequate CBs who can't cover as well as Denver's CBs which means Dak will be able to throw more efficiently. Once that happens the defense starts to play loose, which opens it up for Zeke.

Until Dak throws more efficiently and our receivers make big plays, I would stack the box and expose my worst corners against this offense.
