Here is a guy I hope we are looking at

I can't wait to see him at the combine and have Mike Mayock rate him. I think he will be viewed as a guard at the next level.

hes this years Vlad Ducasse

The Jets pick up a developmental prospect in Vladimir Ducasse. The Massachusetts star played offensive tackle as a collegian, but could move inside to guard for the Jets. With the team currently loaded along the line, Ducasse will have the opportunity to sit on the sideline and learn the craft before playing a bigger role in a few years

Ben Ijalana is JAG IMO

Yeah sure he is. You are such an expert at picking prospects.

plus this guy is 3 to 4 year project IMO

must be I hit out first pick since B Carp

oh yea I had Felix an Jenkins pick backwards

last year I missed but hit

2. ILB Sean Lee Penn State Height: 6-2. Weight: 236
3 FS/CB Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, Ind of Pennsylvania Height: 6-1. Weight: 207

kwasi was in the 4th

You hear him compared a lot to Ducasse. Cowboys rated Ducasse a 4th rounder. If the Cowboys view him similarly to Ducasse, it's likely another team will be picking him up 1-2 rounds before where Dallas has him rated.

Yah. Just more proof that as regards the O line the Boys are really out of it.

3 or 4 year prospect. Are you drunk or on drugs? That would explain many things.

why even go there dude - or is it you having the problem ?????????

you have no class at all

I see him becoming all pro next year

:bang2:

I think Ijalana will be a good player. He'll probably be a guard in the NFL and he'll probably need a year or two before he's ready.

who to say I mean look at all the flops on the O line

look at the UDFA's that play

Harvey Dahl (born June 24, 1981 in Fallon, Nevada) is an American football offensive guard who plays for the Atlanta Falcons. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2005.

when was that Big Bills years - of course - he could not find an O lineman if he bit him on Bills ***$$$$$$$$

In 2008 he became a full time starter for the Falcons at right guard. He established a name for himself as one of the league's toughest, nastiest players.

Dielman went undrafted out of college, but signed on with the San Diego Chargers

it such hit an miss with O line man

What, exactly, is this trying to prove to me with respect to Ijalana?

It's hit or miss with any position.

There are UDFAs playing at all sorts of positions in the NFL.

Do some offensive linemen take awhile to develop? Sure. Do some succeed once they get into a different blocking scheme? Sure.

Still doesn't change my opinion on Ijalana.

He's started every game since his freshman year on a pretty strong run blocking team. He's played tackle so his foot work should be decent. Mayock thinks he's a third rounder and I'd be fine with him there.

Will he take a couple of years before he is ready? Probably. I think he's a better prospect than Robert Brewster was though.

Definitly better than Brewster. But unless we have cleaned up our draft board procedures he is probably listed as an UDFA.

he may be junk - have you seen him play ?

I could not change anybodies mind or am even trying

I enjoy other peoples take on prospects

if we agree or not

I saw Ducasse a couple of times last year - I am sure glad we did not use a pick on him

picked at 61 way to high

I've seen him play on TV.

Not trying to change any minds either. I think late 2 or 3 he's a good prospect.

I like projects. If he's big and motivated, then he should be okay.
