I'd be happy to have Reeves as head coach. I don't think the game has passed him by in any way. Football is not rocket science.

I'd also be happy with Schottenheimer or Cowher. Both of those coaches have had a lot of success in the NFL as head coaches. And they've done it without great QBs. Very few head coaches win Superbowls without great QBs.

I also would rather have a successful head coach than promoting an assistant. A lot of people under-rate the transition from assistant to head coach. They are completely different jobs.
