If I were that rich, I wouldn't even think about buying it. I have no interest in a basketball court and that huge gym. Plus, it looked very sterile to me. Very unfriendly. And, of course, very specific.
 
Convert it to an MJ museum. Bring in memorabilia and charge admission. Problem solved, next.
 
This is sorta like buying a car for 40 grand and then sinking another 40 grand into it. Guess what your car is worth? Less than 40 grand w/ depreciation, and no one cares about your little numnums you put all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
