Here they are . The Beatles!

Awesome. How much for tickets?
Well, I could’ve gotten a seat right in the front row on the floor for the low low price of $4200. I decided to pass. It’s in a basketball type arena and I’m 3/4 of the way down the floor, lower level, row 15. I paid $348.50 Per ticket. Considering inflation I don’t regard that as being that much more than what I paid in the 80s and 90s.

Figure I’ll get a great view of the show. McCartney’s usually has used a big screen behind him that shows everything pretty well.

Considering who it is and probably the last time he will tour, that isn't a bad price at all

Exactly. It’s a Beatle on tour. To use kind of a stupid example if Beethoven were alive and went on tour today, I’d still go see him even if he was old and deaf because he’s Beethoven.

Drove across the state to see Bob Dylan in Springfield back in March. (Paid about $150 for a seat in the first 10 rows.) Gotta see the legends while they’re still out there. So many of the groups and singers that I grew up with are gone now.

Within reason, of course. Turned down the opportunity to spend $280 on a ticket to see Paul Simon earlier this year.

I’m a huge Beatles fan. They are the greatest ever. I believe in ‘67 they recorded SGT. Peppers and Magical Mystery and the following year the White Album…incredible…
