I was laughing until I saw that foot kicking towards him. Obviously someone wants the kitten to have the fish since they PUT the bowl where the cat could reach it.

Here is an idea. Pick up the bowl and sit it where nothing but humans can get to it. Makes me wish a hawk would swoop down and snatch that fish out of the bowl where it was resting in the gif. Wonder what Adam Vinatieri would do then?
