I'm a lifelong bachelor, but I've always held that was the secret to marital bliss-- any time your spouse asks you to do something, do it promptly, do it cheerfully...

And do it just as BADLY as you possibly can... if you screw it up sufficiently, you'll never be asked to do it again...

This way, you get out of doing a task you find distasteful in the future, without having to listen to your significant other nag... after all, it's not your fault that you're a klutz, right??
