He should buy them shiny new pink practice outfits.
Personally, I like that idea. Tell them when they can play like men they will lose them.

Thats a good way to motivate them. Tell them that you have to earn the star not just show up and have it given to you.

I support this movement like the 'bro' supports Wade's boobs. Grow a pair and make it happen Wade. Make 'em play in those pink jersey's for the ladies.

Howq many people here really believe millionaires in their 20s/30s care about the sticker on their helmet? Show of hands

They might care about being publicly humiliated or having their manhood questioned.

I think they'd care very much. You think they don't care about what their peers think of them? They'd be laughing stocks around the league if that happened (moreso than they are now).

...and Wade would get some credit for not being a complete wuss.

How is not having the star on their helmet at a private practice going to make them a laughingstock come on

They talk about how much of an honor it is to play for the cowboys, and how it is always been a dream of theirs. To the players that really care, it would matter alot. Like someone said, the media would flat out humiliate them. I doubt Wade has the guts to do it though.

Yea, your right, nothing ever comes out of practice. Not say, videos of Romo throwing wobbly ducks. Its all private, it would never leak.

Since when has anything been private concerning the Cowboys? There would be instantaneous coverage on ESPN if this were to happen. All they'd have to do is let the word out, and it'd be a reality.

and if it did why would they care cause come sunday the star is on their helmet. Its a very weak idea to motivate someone by taking the star sticker away during practice
