Probably everyone here has seen this video of Ryan Leaf losing his cool and laying into a reporter. People have always rightfully stated that the video show's Leaf's immaturity and lack of readiness to play on an NFL team. However, here's the part that no one talks about: his teammates. As soon as they saw there was a problem, his two teammates (I think one might have been Junior Seau) stepped in to diffuse the situation. That was a good heads up by his teammates. They knew that outbursts at a reporter can only make the team look bad, and they didn't hesitate to handle it. Props to them. So, in this short video, you see exactly what you should not do to be a good teammate (Leaf) and what you should do (his teammates). I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed this.
