Off for the night. I really would like to watch Palmer play tonight.

I really like good talent. I didn't know anything about this kid until last year. We played them. I was watching this kid and said WOW. He was something special.

I say that because I don't know how he will do after his injury. Low hit by Pittsburgh during the playoffs. You guys don't like Philly. I heard they booed Santa Claus. I do not know that much about NFC teams ( I am getting better), but Pittsburgh is the team that just brings out the worst in me. I don't like the coach, the team, or the fans. Nasty folks.

But the Bengals will play Pitt twice a year. Palmer is tenative. First time he will play since his injury. I really hope the kid does well. Comes back, even at our expense. OK with me.

One good thing that has come from Owens constant attention, We haven't had to listen to everyone whine and complain like little girls, trying to get rid of preseason games as much as we normally do at this point. Thank goodness for that. I'm with you, I'd watch seven year olds play park ball before I'd turn on a baseball game. I just love football. The preseason rules, the regular season rules and the postseason rules.

Palmer is a great QB to watch...he can pick teams apart and throws a great deep ball. I really hope he comes back 100%!

Mike Ditka's 100% correct. With Carson Palmer, the Bengals are a legitimate Super Bowl contender. Without him, they're an average team. That's how good Palmer is. The Steelers should thank their lucky stars that one of their own took the cheap shot at him and removed him from their playoff game. Otherwise, Pittsburgh was toast, imo.

Palmer's put on a good show tonight. I'd feel sorry for Favre, but everyone outside of Greenbay knew this was going to happen this year anyway.
