I thought I saw Anthony Spencer bat a ball in the air tonight. Didn't Ware have a nice strip sack that was called back by illegal contact? Unfortunately didn't get to see the replay on the contact call. I also saw Newman make a few plays tonight.

We got beat, and beat good, but there was more than just the touchdown throw. There was definably allot of bad though. However, the score is going to look bad when you turn the ball over where we did.

I read Theebs post earlier this week that really summed up what was going to happen http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=190530. I went into this game realizing that they wanted it WAY more than we did. It was funny. I remember two times that Simms told everyone that the Texans planned for this game, and that we always ran dare I say...(vanilla). My wife was upset, but I kept telling her. All we want tonight is to get our with no injuries.

Truth be told, I can't think of a better night. We came out unscathed injury wise (as far as I know), and got pretty much ***** slapped. There is no way the Texans are going to sneak up on us now in Week 3. Cowboys will show them what for when the season rolls around. [\Homer]

I think people care more about the means to the end than the end itself.

If our starters looked great in their individual match-ups, or at least in sync, and we ended up losing there would probably be a lot less whining.

I know I wouldn't be whining. I also know that we had 4 backups starting, but they weren't the only trouble spots tonight.
