Walker looks outstanding. I read a while back where he doesn't have to sleep much and does an insane amount of pushups and crunches each day. He's also a very good person.

Lawler may have already wrapped up KotY with that ending. Dude was on one leg - literally.

But Manhoef is starting to be like the 185 version of Arlovski. Devastating striker, but if you clip him he will drop like he's been shot.

Herschel's fight is just now starting.

Herschel may have the worst movement of any cage fighter I have seen at any level. I know the guy has been training a limited time - but DAYUM.

Didn't look bad on the ground for just a couple months of fighting though. Actually looked pretty good in that respect.

He dominated the fight. Herschel is the man

Against a can of a fighter, so lets keep it in perspective.

Ground game was actually good for him, but his standup needs a ton of work. Actually surprising for me to say that about Herschel as you would think it would be the other way around.

Unfortunately he is so tight, especially in the hips. Little movement and absolutely no bounce for his standup. If he had fought someone with even a hint of a striking game Herschel would likely be taking a nap in the 1st round.

I hate Cyborg.

is it just me or did that dude look a lot smaller than when he fought Gina? Honestly, against Gina, he looked like some roided out super freak....like a East European Body Builder. Tonight he was all lean and mean and put a whoopin on that chick.

She looks like Wanderleis and I jokingly made a comment before the fight that I bet she trains with chutebox and they said during the fight she does.

She looks like her husband, Cyborg Santos or even Nogueira. They both go by Cyborg, it's a *** kinda thing. Anyways, congrats to Herschel, he did a hell of a job ya'll. This was his MMA debut, he's got so much to work on, but the guy's an athlete, a competitor, and I look forward to seeing him fight again just because it's fun to cheer for Herschel Walker.

Pretty sweet. Just watched the video and aside from looking like he was on stilts, Walker had a decent match for a guy who is 47.

Hopefully he keeps fighting.
