There is zero doubt ESPN knows Scooter Magruder is a YouTube staple. So, including a video footnote stating, "The Cowboys' 2020 season, through a fan's eyes.
2020 has been a crazy year in the NFL, and perhaps nobody knows this more than this Dallas Cowboys fan" is pretty disingenuous given there are many more examples of fans just being fans on the internet than one guy making a living parodying fans. Next, ESPN will later say publishing the video on its site was all in good fun--even though it could have indicated exactly that right now.

Nothing against Scooter. More power to him and he is funny (to me at least). My beef is solely directed at ESPN.
