Sorry to stay away so long.

Back in AUGUST I fell and broke my back.

Been hospitalized since with 2 surgeries.

Been heck of a challenge to recover.

But glad to be back

Foxborough and the Pats..hoping the iggles lose or we in ttouble,folks.

Got up in the middle of the night for PB&J. Turned to go sit down and hit the floor. Fell on my back. Got to my phone and called 911.

Once at the hospital they found I had chipped 2 vertebrae and a minor heart attack had occurred.

Had 2 back surgeries and going thru rehab now.

Gone from 200lb. To 160lbs. Wanted to lose some weight for the holidays but this is ridiulous.

Hospital food sucks.
