Aqib Talib won't be facing a team-imposed suspension in Week 1 for his simple battery arrest in August.

"Aqib is playing until I get any other notice," said coach Raheem Morris, who explained that nothing has changed from a legal or league punishment standpoint. He could be facing an NFL suspension later in the season.
