Highest graded NFL LBers the last 5 seasons

Folks are going to see that third name on the list (Jordyn Brooks, MIA) and get all excited. But it's unlikely the Cowboys are going to be trading for him.
Slim chance now. Maybe at the trade deadline if the dolphins stink. But little reason for them to move him now and not prior to the draft

Wagner is not coming here, nor would he make a difference.
They are not trading for brooks either, unless it is some type of player(s) for him. They will not give up what little draft capital the have.
And Miami wants too much, and probably are not trading him since it dod not happen in the draft. If they ever were going trade him.

I think Parker is satisfied with who he has. As they wil move DE's around to ply OLB. And see who can do what in the OTA's, mini camps, and TC.

I am not going to be surprised when Downs leads the team in tackles.
I don't think he will. I think Parker's scheme, and they players they have, will not allow that many plays get into the secondary.
His tackles will come for coverage and blitzes. Or if he plays closer to the LOS on run plays such as an extra LB type.
Just my meaningless opinion on a defense I know not too much about.

Quincy Williams was benched by the Jets at one point. Seems odd any metric has him that high. Maybe bonus points for his name starting with the letter Q?

0 reason to not sign Wagner
There’s something weird with the Cowboys and Bobby Wagner. For some strange reason, they don’t like him. Even when Dan Quinn was here, he couldn’t manage to get the Cowboys organization to sign him.

It wasn’t until he went to Washington that the two could reunite.

All the guy does is play well, but this team wants nothing to do with him.

$$$

Why sign Wagner when LVE is willing to sign for a lot less?

As much as I love Wagner, I don't see a fit for him at this time

Sounds like this has Stephen Jones written all over this lol

Might just be that the Cowboys are cheap

I wouldn’t be either. His Philadelphia counterpart Cooper DeJean tied for the team lead with Zack Bain last season with 64.

I think some people still see ‘safety’ when they should be seeing nickel back.

I’m still irritated that they didn’t sign Wagner going into 2022 and went with a rookie with a neck problem instead.

But I’m doing much better since drafting Caleb and becoming the best team in the league.
