Here is the thing. Defenses were blitzing us at a high clip the first part of the season and allowing Dak to play his game, but the script was flipped and our team wasn't ready. You can expect Dak or the rest of the offense to be firing on all cylinders with a short timing passing game when it's not something that they really leaned on much.
Adjustments have been made and they've made improvements on attacking cover 2, but make no mistake about it, if the online improves and the running game comes along the sky will be the limit.
I really think the offense was forced to morph into an even more balanced attack because of what Denver exposed, and it hasn't been an easy process.
Dak has to remain patient and not force the home run play when it's not necessary. It's just about sticking with the plan, it's all in the mindset.
