In his prime, Hilton was a great WR. But I'll be honest, I didn't expect a whole hell of a lot out of him. But I knew he would be a decent WR for us. What I didn't expect was for him to stretch the field and make that 3rd and 30 catch right as the safety got there.

I still don't expect him to be the TY Hilton we all knew, but the player he is now may be perfectly fine.

Learn from it.

We all saw Hilton draw a penalty and then burn Darius Slay for 52 yards on 3rd and 30 yesterday. But I heard something in his postgame interview that made me even happier. He mentioned how he was giving tips to the younger receivers and that CeeDee Lamb used one of his route running suggestions on his second TD catch (the one that tied the game 34-34).

We can criticize Dallas' front office all we want, but from what I can tell bringing in both Hilton and Jason Peters has worked wonders in this locker room.

They were good signings, including Hankins. But why did the FO wait till there is a crisis about to happen to sign these players? It's been two years now that we know our defense has issues with the run. We whiffed on Suh and waited till the last minute to address it with Hankins. And they make a big circus about OBJ.

The FO has no feel for what this team really needs until it's too late.

Once he gets acclimated to game speed, he will be as good as the #2. Not saying he’s an all world pickup, just a revelation on how average the WR group is. Front office did not do well addressing the Coop loss…

Not sure your point here.

You responded to a post praising the additions of Hilton and Peters by saying the Cowboys had a great offseason. Neither player was added in the offseason.

So it's your point that I'm not sure of.

Time to cut the non-factor known as James Washington he's nothing but a check collector.

If Hilton doesn't convert that 3rd and 30 to a 1st down, we don't win. Is that impactful enough for you?

..when I heard, TY was signed. Green light went up in my head. All I thought, "How and where did you find this guy? "

Indeed, special signing.
