Jerry will hang on to Schottenheimer because he'll think the Offense is elite. If we're lucky he will hire someone on Defense that will be an upgrade but that's honestly in question. They LOVE Eberflus. Might be a long season next year as well. I can see it being a rinse/repeat. The movie just goes on and on.

You’ve been a Cowboys fan long enough to know this will never happen. Jerry hires guys who won’t threaten his ability to meddle in everything.

It is more likely to snow in downtown Dallas on July 4th than for Jerry Jones to ever again hire a great HC.
