On NFL Insiders, Mort again talked about possibility of #49ers trade up for Mike Evans. "Buzz inside league circles that you keep hearing."

Keep hearing that the 49er's are going to be really aggressive about trading up. They moved way up from #31 to #18 with us last year. Evans likely won't be available, but maybe a guy like Beckham is on the board when we're up and they want to jump Baltimore and NYJ (both could potentially look for WR) for him. At minimum, it remains a possibility that a guy could really interest them at #16 if they don't get into the top 10 for Evans.

The 49ers are a team that could be looking to get up there for an impact WR. We are in their sweet spot (ahead of the teams you mentioned) and have given them a fair deal in the past. Might be some merit to this. I want their extra choices in the second and third.

If we're looking at guys like Ealy, Martin, etc. I honestly think a comparable talent will be available (or extremely close) at #30. A whole group of guys like Shazier, Ward, Crichton, Lawrence, Easley... can potentially be available there. And to land one of those guys in addition to one or more extra 2nd day picks in a draft this deep? Oh heck yes. Keep building that depth.

If we can't get Barr, Donald or Martin, totally good with a trade down. Pretty confident one will be there though

I take Ward in the low first

I don't know if I agree about Martin, but I agree about Barr and Donald. We're apparently interested in Will Sutton in round 2. I think we're hoping Barr falls to us so that we could get Barr and Sutton in the first 2 rounds. But I wouldn't mind trading back and getting an extra 3rd. Get a DE at the end of the 1st like Lawrence or Attachou, get a DT in the 2nd like Sutton or Easley, get a OG and a WR or another DE in the 3rd, still have a 4th rounder to get another OL or DL or maybe a safety.

I don't want SF's 3rd. The end of 3rd round is like a 4th rounder. I'll need that 2nd pick which is kinda like a 3rd rounder.

I completely agree.

Ealy projects best as a Strong Side DE. There are a lot of those types in this draft.

Martin is one of the most developed OL in terms of skill, but by year 2 I believe that several of the lower ranked OL will have caught up to him. The Cowboys are in a position where the don't need an immediate starter on OL but need a quality backup and future starter.
