Starting middle linebacker Anthony Hitchens suffered a tibial plateau fracture in his right knee and will need eight weeks to recover, according to a source. The team feared Saturday he suffered a torn ACL, which would have been season ending.

Possibly, but I don't want to see the hole just patched waiting on him. I never trust these timetables

That's what I would do. Also Jaylon Smith was going to get his reps no matter what, I feel a lot better about Durant getting 30 snaps a game for 8 games than depending on that for the entire season.
