Awesome! Do your stuff, Brock!!!

TJ needs to step it up at Right Guard. He had a few hiccups this past weekend vs Cincinnati. Overall, it should be a good starting lineup in the middle with Tyler Smith at Left Guard, Brock Hoffman at Center and TJ Bass at Right Guard. It will be interesting if Chuma Edoga continues to start at Left Tackle? Terence Steele seems to be doing better at Right Tackle. If our starting Oline performs well and opens up some holes for Rico Dowdle to run through, it should bode well for our Offense.

So with Martin & Beebe out other than Hoffman at center you have Guyton Steele Smith Bass . With I guess Asim Richards pacing the sidelines waiting .

Other than backups, I really don't think I'd do much about the offensive line in next year's draft. I think we can work out a line among Smith, Richards, Beebe, Hoffman, Bass, Guyton and possibly Steele. Other than Guyton's rookie struggles at LT and Steele's since his ACL tear, that group has been pretty good.

What we need is skill position players (No. 2 receiver, No. 1 back) and defenders (DL, LB) more than anything.

He's a RFA ...........guess there isn't any question of him returning. I wonder what his tender will be .......
I def think starting RG position for 2025 should be his to lose, especially with Stephen falling about another tight year.

Oh thanks I missed that . Wow . With Martin & now Beebe down and Richards it’s getting down to PS call ups or a Waletzco
I wouldn’t mind giving Nathan Thomas some run late in the season. Hoffman is an RFA, so maybe it would be smart for both parties to sit him week 17/18

- i'm still sticking to best player available, in according to my draft board. If there's a regarded OL guy in draft , I'm not bypassing him in the draft
because i'm content with serviceable-decent OL unit.
If there's a regarded center, a regarded OT available on the menu, i'm still for placing an order. ;)

- i'm not for reaching for draft position needs - just for the sake of filling a position need.
Make sure that position is in according to our draft board.

- If there is no LB warranted of our 1st rd pick, ..then we draft at other positions (in according to our board) at that 1st round spot,
or trade down a couple of so spots (gather extra value picks) ,.....and address LB later in 2nd/3rd rds.

From what I can see, the draft may kind of align with our needs, several WR, DE and DT at the top. Depending on where we draft, RB might even be the top pick, even though I know that not everyone is in favor of that. Not sure about LB. There are some OTs that will be up there in that probable 8-15 range. Other than QB, we'll have plenty of options.

All things being equal, I go DT because we've needed to fix that for a very long time but haven't taken any high enough to be that dominant 3-tech. If we're going 3-4, though, I might lean toward another OLB/DE to pair with Parsons. But I can see the draw of a WR to pair with Lamb or Jeanty to lead our rushing attack.
