Our inability to run in the 4th quarter lost this one I'm afraid. The holding calls hurt but we couldn't sustain a possession on the ground. That's how Parcells puts games away. We couldn't do it tonight. And 2 blown coverages hurt. But still we couldn't keep those plays from happening because of the offense.

what's messed up is how we get called for bogus holding calls, but then redkisn OL does worse and these guys get free TD"s,

skins suck, and the refs suck to

BS. Garbage holding calls on 3rd down conversions that aren't. Not running the ball to take time off the clock. And we collapse on defense. Just doesn't make any sense.

Now it's over! Damnit. You gotta give the Skins coaches credit. They came with a different gameplan then our coaches expected. Especially on defense. They didn't blitz at all and we never really made plays against it consistantly. And never ran the ball well.

Huh? Give them credit?

They converted a 4th and 15. And then converted a long touchdown pass that was a defense that shouldn't have been called with Glenn covering Moss in single coverage. And you're telling me their coaching staff game planned great?

There was one play where JJ got facemasked and the clock stopped at 3:29 though Julius stayed in bounds. The clock has to continue running. It never did until they got up to the line and started the next play.

I have seen in a long time. We played not to loose instead of to win. Drew threw too many passes away and had too many bad passes all together.

We stopped being aggressive and Washington kept playing. This fact is the story of the game.

Maybe if we would've run the damn ball there at the end instead of throwing 3 consecutive times. It was 2nd and 4. RUN THE DAMN BALL. Get the first down. How hard is that? We get it on their 48 and get 6 yards on the first play, yet we can't get a first down. Pitiful. Holy **** that was awful.

We had the 1st down to Keyshawn and would have been close to running out the clock. Nice job refs.

We got beat by a team that is better than us. Brunnel outplayed Bledsoe. 0-1 in the division.

So much for that impressive defense. Another 4th quarter collapse.

and on 4th down they run a three yard route and end up a yard short of the first...idiotic...how many times tonight on 3rd down or 4th did we run routes 2 yards short of the marker and bledsoe threw that guy the ball while he was draped by the D...its like conceeding a punt...just like running on 3rd and 15th is conceeding a FG...

That is nonsense. We had that game won we were the much better team had our coaching staff noit wussed out in the last 5 minutes. We gave them that game.

While I was concerned last week when SD completed the 4-14 for 34 yards and the we give up 2 4th down plays including 4th and long and follow that up with the choke job on are 4th down we should have ran on 3rd and 4 in 4 down territory

To me, that was playing not to loose instead of playing to win. Too much coaching to the point that Bledsoe was afraid to be aggressive as well as eager to throw the ball away.

You can just hear BP all week long saying "if the play isn't there, throw it away". Unfortunately, Drew was more than happy to please his coach.
