Yes, our staff's inability to get new players ready to play and their general distrust of seeing what a guy can do in-game. As a collective group, our coaches hate risk taking, for better or worse.

I'm so glad this team had like 2 or 3 roster spots giing into camp! If this team had any more open spots we would have more guys off the street that fans can't wait to see play! If Shanahan can get a free pick 4 a guy that won't make the team he will invite Jerry up for training camp every year. Holland will be on the street where he belongs soon enough!
