Homeland Season 4 has to be the best season of television this year. They're do some pretty amazing things right now. Anyone else watching?

Amazing!!
Me and my wife did a marathon last year for seasons 1 & 2. Brody story was great. He had to go at some point.
After he died, I thought, well this show, for all intents and purposes is done.
But, they were very smart, they went deep into what's happened and what is currently happening in their world.
It's working!
The show was really always about Carrie and Saul. We just got a extra heavy duty dose of Brody for so long.... It diverted the mind. Lol
Last night wads heavy duty with Saul and diplomats husband.
Agree.... It is hands down one of the best shows in a while!

totally agree I almost quit watching after season 2 - it was such a let down. This previous episode has really grabbed my attention though.

I enjoyed all of the seasons, but season 2 less so, and season 3 much less so.

I might have to give it a try again. Watched season 1 and part of season 2. Seemed to be getting a little over the top and for whatever I could only take so much of Claire Daine (sp?) doing the crazy faces.

love the complete series. Did the Marathon thingy earlier this year for seasons one through three. Incredible writing. Claire Danes plays the smartest crazy person I have ever seen. This years series is just incredible. Soon as you get attached to someone, Ayan for example, bam...bullet to the head. Not expecting that. The only bad thing about doing the Marathon watching is when you finish you go into detox. Did the same for Game of Thrones, Mad Men, and Downton Abbey. Need a new series.

Have you watched Bates motel?
Not as good as the other shows you mentioned but i kind of liked it.
Norman Bates as a teenager and his mom...interesting but the mom character tends to get on my nerves. Only two seasons so far but might be worth giving a try.
Revenants - French series with subtitles. Kind of liked it as it was different. They made an American version and I just could not get into it...The Returned I think they called it.
If you like really juvenile humor...The british comedy series The Inbetweeners. They had a few seasons and that show always made me laugh at least a couple times per episode.
Life's Too Short - A mockumentary from the mind of Ricky Gervaise and the main star is Warwick Davis (played willow, professor flitwick on harry potter and one of the ewoks from the original star wars trilogy). Very funny show with Warwick Davis doing everything he can to make it back into a star but it is meant to look like real life. The part where he was dancing for Johnny Depp had me in stitches. Only one season...not sure they are going to do another though.

I actually liked both. Same premise with different flavors.
Give Resurrection another shot. It is getting very "interesting".... Some real "dirt" is getting dug up (pun intended)

Brain-have not watched the Bates Motel. Was never a big fan of the original but may give it look.
Red-I tried to get into Resurrection as I watched all shows last year and started this year but finally gave up on it a few weeks ago. It felt like very week it was just a story of someone else coming back from the dead. I felt the show was not going anywhere. Did the same thing for Under the Dome-Watched the first season and then gave up after a couple of episodes this year.
A friend mentioned the shows Suits and House of Cards. I like Kevin Spacey so my try the Netflix Original.

Anyone watch the Scorpion Series. I watched the first one and thought it was a little cheezy. Katherine McPhee handing off a computer to a pilot while in a sports car with a 747 flying just over her head was just a lot stupid. Then of course the car comes to a stop right before it crashed into a wall at the end of the runway. Geez, that has never been done before.

No spoiler here but when you catch up to last weeks resurrection episode, listen to what the old lady says. It will grab you!!

I didn't like Resurrection at first but boy they really turned a corner. It is now one of my favorites. The old lady brought a new dimension to the show.
Scorpion is good but it is cheezy as hell. Watch it just pass some time. Nothing special and I will be surprised if it continues next year.

Do Not Tell Me!!!! I have it on DVR and have not had the time to watch it yet. Took the Grandson to the Florida Gator Game on Saturday (with my LSU hat on) and then he had a baseball doubleheader game yesterday where his 13 year old team got smoked by a 14 year old team that all looked like they drove to the field. Because of that I am behind on work and am trying to get caught up. May quit early tonight though to watch it. Your comment has got me pumped. Please tell me they did not kill Saul. No, don't tell me....
