To answer your question NO none of our backs are game changers that defenses have to account for but they are good enough to get the job done

well if Garrett was smart, he would keep both of them on the field at a time . that way the defense always has to take account that they could get slashed n gashed or bowled right over. Also you could send jujo out on a swing pass and have barber block for him seeing how barber is "the better blocker"

so if you use them both properly then yes the opposing defenses has to take account for them.

I guess Garrett is just not smart, but he has helped this team to an avg of 32 points a game.

:p: you know what i mean. Try and tell me its not extremely smart to keep them both on the field to make the defenses think more then they already have to when they see jujo go out for barber to come in..

ex. Julius's 5 yard touch down run in the endzone vs. philly i believe. We substitued him in for Barber and philly dropped 2 of their linebackers into zone expecting a pass instead he ran it in

MB3 and JJ aren't THAT different as running backs. Sure they have different running styles, but there just isn't a huge difference in the plays we run with them. It's not like the Steelers a couple of years ago with Parker and Bettis. I really don't think defenses play them that differently. The main difference really is how they bring them down. So I don't think it benefits us too much to have them both out there.

I would hate to see MBIII used as a run blocker. He'd probably be pretty good at it, but I'm already concerned enough with his duribility considering his running style. Why risk an injury when we have some pretty good fullbacks to block?

One Barber is not a FB, yes he can block and does so in pass protection that is not the same as running as a lead blocker. Dallas has had both in the backfield on a few occasions but for the most part when one is in the other is resting. I think Garrett is smart enough to know how he wants to use these guys and has done great thus far.
