That is a heck of a cap hit for the Cardinals. Is he worth 10 million per year? Everyone does realise the Boys are trying to secure Martin and D-Law for the long term. The honey badger is a beast, however I would hate to see the Boys overspend and lose solid trench players. The game is won in the trenches and that is where the Cowboys need to spend their money.

The Honey Badger is an interesting prospect. He is a SS and the Cowboys need to fill that position. Adding the Badger would elevate the defense that plays the majority of the game in the nickel. This will be interesting. I think the Badger wants to move to a team that has a shot at the Superbowl and will pay him at least what the Cardinals had agreed to.

If it was respectable based on what a player has done to this point with every other factor also factored in I have no problem but when say a guy like Watkins has done very little in the NFL especially the one season in pass happy offense that had limited weapons and future hoF QB like NOs and he eeked out 4th WR numbers he should have never got his contract he got, right now too many teams are paying players with baggage and injury issues front line money because they think they will prove everyone else wrong. I am sure if Mathieu is on Dallas's Radar they will give him a fair offer but they probably will lose to someone willing to give him stupid money.
