I have two comments:

#1: I hate the show, can't even bring myself to utter the title, much less watch the darned thing, but I do worry about the little girl, who is totally innocent in all this, about what will happen to her now. How will she be treated and what will become of her and the millions her show made for her sorry loser *** family.

#2: Kevin Costner is one of the best actors ever. Don't know how old everybody on here is, but the one who made the original comment about him must be too young to really know who K. Costner is. lol. He really was a great actor. He probably has him mixed up with somebody else.

Reality TV has in fact nothing to do with reality....
Take this as well as well as all reality TV off the air and I wouldn't miss it one bit.

Trash....

The ONLY shows I watch are the History Channel, ESPN, Sci Fi channel, and occassionaly PBS. Pompous that Einstein. I turn to the basic channels only when sports are on. And never pay attention to commercials.

"anyone who is on the internet has heard of it!" Ya, I google reality shows 24/7.

How do you know when your shows are on? And all of the those channels, History, Sci Fi, Travel, TLC, all advertise each others' shows. Do you use the guide on your TV? Or do you use the TV Guide, do they still even make the tv guide?? Because you would have seen a listing for it anywhere you are looking for your shows at. Anyway, you have to have seen or at least heard of it. Every one in America has. Look, I have never seen the show and never plan on it, and now thank god I don't ever have to see the advertisements for it again, or hear about on some other show I might be watching. I might be a lot of things, but I do not act like I am more than I am and certainly don't place myself above anyone else who may or may not like things that I don't. There is no shame in knowing of something you don't agree with, any more than there is no shame in admitting it. You call me Einstein? Well at least I'm smart enough to know that.

Perhaps you could try googling manners and etiquette.

I knew about the show, but never watched the show...

But let's get away from the horror of the show and talk about why it was canceled in the first place.

Mom divorces husband.
Takes up with a convicted sex offender.
The kicker (and I heard this on the radio) that the child he's accused of molesting, is her other daughter who still lives in the home.

CPS, DCFS, or whatever child protective agency should go get those kids. JMO.

Never have watched an episode of the show and have did the Shame Shame Shame stare and head shake at a few that have watched it on a regular basis.

With that said...I find it hard to believe that anybody who watches TV or spends a good deal on the internet (unless it is just on gaming sites) has never heard of the show.

I have seen adverts for it on different channels, have heard people talk about it on the Radio, people at work talk about it, articles all over the net about it.

Just had to believe someone has never heard of it unless they have lived in a bubble of no tv, internet, radio or work places that have women in it.

Again, I watch the stations I listed. I don't watch commercials, I mute it and usually leave for a break. Deal with it.

I don't google reality shows on the internet. How hard is that to understand. I have bookmarks for the places I visit. That's it. As for TV, I only watch a few stations.

If you say so. But you are always so willing to pop in these threads to comment on something you claim to know nothing about.

So something smells fishy and it ain't me.

I watch very little TV mostly documentaries, NFLN and some realty shows. I watch DateLine NBC, 20 20, The First 48 and Survivor. I use to watch a few sitcoms but not anymore. Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan should get together and create a sitcom called Two and A Half Grams. I would probably tune into that.
