Zero Safeties were drafted in the 1st round.

I think McKinney is a lock for the Giants, both new HC and Garrett have strong Alabama ties.

I dont see it. If Jerry wouldnt offer a 1st for Jamal Adams why would he offer a 2nd for hooker?

Injury concerns, gets expensive after this year, and most importantly hes a true FS which the cowboys have guys who can play there. What they really need is a SS. And who knows, given a scheme change with a new defensive staff maybe they want two safeties in the FS mold, but I think you already have that on the roster and can focus draft assets elsewhere.

We can fill out the secondary with 51 and 82.
