Some of you seem to have the need to just be up front and declare your love for the Eagles. It's disgusting how you just stop short of doing that but hint about it all day. He honest, people.

The Cowboys will have a great deal to say about how the Eagles finish this season but that's not who they play here at the mid-season point so I'm not concerned about that team yet. Beat the Chiefs and send a message to the Eagles we are better... they didn't beat the Chiefs.

This. It's way too early to concede any team as this years SB contender. The NFL has a way of correcting itself throughout the season. People here in Denver were talking SB a few games ago. So were the Raiders and GB. We'll see who's holding the hot hand in mid Dec. It's all good (right now). We go 4-2 or 3-3 these next 6, anything can happen.

If I was a betting man, I say it comes down to those two teams. Rams are good and well coached but maybe a season away. Say all you want about the Eagles imploding, but if they stay healthy here on out they should get home field advantage. They are getting the little breaks to go their way this season. Much like ours last year.

I've always been a firm believer that a strong defense will beat a strong offense almost every time. Both of those teams are playing good defense. Seattle isn't quite what they have been but they are one of the league leaders in scoring defense. The regular season game between these two should be a precursor to them meeting again in the playoffs.

It's becoming a slim path to win the division. We pretty much have to beat the Eagles twice other than injuries which can change anything. That's all we can control beating them twice, won't be easy.

Oh here we go. I was waiting for this post. ish happens. Right now were down our best Olineman, (Peters) our best LB and captain of the defense (Hicks) and our best special teamer and punt returner (Sproles) All 3 are heart and soul guys too. Injuries happen. Suspensions, unfortunately happen. You still have to play the games. Is this post the eventual lament that you didn't have Elliot and that's why you lost. It might actually become a rallying point, who knows. But to think like this post is a loser's mentality and will eat you up. Trust me, being and Eagles fan I struggle with this because we have never won a SB. I just want to put that crap in the rearview mirror. It's time.
