I will be attending my first Cowboy game when they play Buffalo later this year and was wondering if anyone had some good hotels near the stadium and maybe some things to do the day before and after the game. This being my first time to a Cowboy game and first time to Texas i would like to do some other stuff before and after the game.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The Admiral was very affordable with a free shuttle to the stadium. Humperdinks on gameday is a must. They offer shuttles to/from the game too. If the game is an early game check out Sunday night football at Cool River in Los Calinas. That's where I caught the shuttle for games back at Texas Stadium.

So jealous. I went to my first game the last year of the old stadium (came down from near NYC). Loved it. I am planning on making it a pilgrimage every 2-3 years to hit a game. Can't wait to go to a game next year. Maybe this time I will stay more than a night and not fly out 2 hours after the game.
Have fun man and take notes so I will know what to do next year.

I think the visiting teams usually stay at the Las Colinas Marriott if you want to spy on or rub elbows with the Bills or just add an interesting element to your trip.

If you want a cheap, new, clean hotel with lots of space, free breakfast, and easy drive to Lincoln Square where you can park for free if you spend $40 at any combination of stores - or get a gift card, then Comfort Suites in Euless is the ticket for you. I paid around $39 for one night.

I had no game time traffic at all. The guy at the front desk told me how to get to the stadium (Lincoln Square) without running into traffic. I also got out easy after the game, and it was the playoff victory against the Eagles.

Save your money and enjoy the game. Forget the shuttles and $175/night hotels. You don't need them.

I'll be at the Sheraton for the game against the Rams in a few weeks.

stay at the Gaylord with the players.

I wanted to stay there specifically for that reason, however even 2 months in advance and they were fully booked the weekends of the Cowboys home games!!

Did you already get your game tickets?

Yep. 50 y line club seats on the Rams side of the field.

Needless to say, I'm pretty excited.
