Hotels Close to the Stadium

Im sure this question has been asked to death but I cant find any other threads. I am going to the monday night game against the Commanders and have been put in charge of finding a reasonably priced hotel. If anyone could recommend the cheapest hotel thats decent that would be awesome.

My wife and I just booked our reservations at the Hyatt Place right down the street from the stadium. They even offer special packages were you can get stadium tour tickets included or full-day passes to Six flags. We are flying in for the Rams game on Oct 20th.
