Recent, Rico Dowdle is not a legit NFL-caliber RB. He's incredibly JAG'ish. He's the modern day version of Troy Hambrick.

Longstanding, Stephen's mishandling of this roster leads to too many guys having to play meaningful downs who simply cannot compete at this level.
