They also just are not talented. If you think about it how many average or better NFL starters are on the Cowboys right now (healthy)? Lamb, Tyler Smith, and maybe Ferg (and he is out right now). That means 9 out of 11 players on the field right now are below average NFL players. That is simply not enough to win with.
