He would be a good pick, only if we had 2 or 3 picks in the second round to use. I think the 2nd round has the best value anyway. If we lose Barber, he could fill the role, except that Choice might throw his hands up and look for a trade, since he's tired of 3-way RB responsibilities.

Besides, there's a slight chance that Gerhart will slip all the way to the 3rd.

I'd take a guy like Ben Tate late in the draft. Not with what used to be a first day pick.

After Tate's Combine performance he might not even fall to our 3rd round pick.
