Phillips played pretty well tonight. I was very happy to see that.

I would like to point out, however, that defenses probably don't play him the same way they would Bennett because they aren't sure what Phillips is capable of, where as they know what Bennett can do if you don't pay attention to him.

Phillips probably got himself at least a small amount of notice tonight.

I love him more than Marty-B atm. The kid is smart and blocks fantastic and flat out catches the ball and gets good RAC.

idk about that, all Bennett does is slip off blocks and go into his routes

He only gets a couple of chances but he executes them correctly and his play late in the game where he stayed inbounds was great. Sign of a smart player.

Keep both & move Martellus to left tackle. I think he could do it if he added about 20-30lbs. A la Rayfield Wright.

bennett is still a better blocker.

he just needs to learn to play football better and find zones and such.

phillips is a good blocker and has good feel for the game.

i think dallas can use 3 TEs with RB/WR set to confuse opponents even more.
